This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between BAKHTI (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the user") accessing or using our website (the "Site").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Site or use any services.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BAKHTI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Site, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these terms.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
